Efficiency of Maine helps homeowners, renters, landlords and businesses save energy by providing resources and programs to help improve the efficiency of energy use for the entire State of Maine. These programs provide discounts, rebates, loans and investments for high-efficiency, clean energy equipment and strategies to manage energy demand.

Click on the link and use this easy tool to estimate what your annual heating costs would be using different heating systems.

1.       Look for the row that best describes your current heating system, then
2.       Press the Increase or Decrease buttons until the Annual Cost approximates yours.
3.       You can also modify price and efficiency assumptions.
